The 11 Stages Of Studying For A Final

With finals season right around the corner, studying is a necessity. But when? I mean, you don't want to start too early, since you could forget stuff. Obviously. Having once endured the grueling pain that comes with this time of year, I'm also pretty much an expert on it. With that, here are 11 things that you'll probably experience while trying to get ready for a final:

1. Checking if your class even has a final. In late April.

2. It's on the last day of finals week, but it's cool because you could probably use a few more days to procrastinate. Right?

3. Realizing your friends have started to study, but you're still up at two in the morning catching up on Netflix. Priorities!

4. Freaking out.

5. Spending an entire day planning out what you'll study on which days (but not actually studying).

6. Motivated, you finally start studying, but somehow only get halfway through what you had planned.

7. Freaking out.

8. With a solid eight hours in the library, you knock out a solid chunk of work. What is sleep?

9. One. Week. Left. At this point, you basically have coffee running through your veins.

10. Game day, baby. It all comes down to this.

11. You did it!

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.

Your Friend Group, As Told By Disney Princesses

Each Disney Princess has their own personality, and chances are you've got a friend in your group to match it.

The dynamics of any friend group are usually determined by the personalities which make it up. Chances are, while personalities may overlap, each person in your friend group holds his or her own place. It is the differences which bring the groups together and keep them functioning. No matter how functionally dysfunctional your friend group may be, if you're anything like me, you feel absolutely blessed to have found such a wonderful group of humans to call "your people." Here is what your friend group might look like if they were Disney princesses (and that wasn't just a thing you all pretended in your heads):
