You know you’re obsessed with (the greatest holiday of all time) Halloween when…

  1. Your Halloween playlist that’s full of Monster Mash and the Halloween movie theme song is way more expansive than your Christmas playlist
  2. You feel offended when someone says they don’t like dressing up for Halloween.
  3. You could watch Hocus Pocus year round and never get tired of it. Bette Midler as a clever badass witch, a comical talking cat who was your teenage self’s young crush (Binx, swoon), and an all around spooky fun plot, what more could you ask for?!
  4. Getting in shape to look great in your Halloween costume is much more important to you than getting that bathing suit bod for the summer.
  5. You get angry when Christmas decorations replace Halloween decorations halfway through October.
  6. Going to haunted houses or haunted hayrides is your favorite October weekend activity. Hey, you’re never too old!
  7. You are constantly thinking of new costume ideas throughout the year, you have a whole arsenal of awesome back up ideas just in case!
  8. You are relieved that it is the one time of year when you suggest watching a scary movie for the billionth time to your friends, they actually take you up on it!
  9. It’s your goal to perfect one of those creepy or pretty (your choice!) Halloween makeup tutorials flooding Instagram.
  10. Getting too old to trick or treat without judgement was an emotional time in your life.
  11. It’s always Halloween in your soul. ;)
