We've all experienced a time where that one friend, sibling or even significant other has stopped being their for you. You think its all in your head, but then you notice some patterns. You're not going crazy, they are just trying to take a break from you. It's not you, its actually them, however it still hurts in the end. Here are some of the signs that you may experience if you have been through this situation.
1. They try to write "hbd" your wall instead of "happy birthday."
It's not that hard to write the full phrase out. Can they really not spare the time?
2. When they don't answer a text, it's because they were in the "shower."
They always seem to be in the "shower." Atleast they are keeping clean?
3. They never want to hangout anymore.
When you go from hanging out all the time, to seeing them every so often, you notice a difference
4. Your calls always go to voicemail.
You tell yourself that they must be really busy this month, but you know it's not true
5. They subtweet you.
Atleast they acknowledged my invitation?
7. They always seem to have a "family emergency."
The first time was understandable, but when it becomes a pattern, you can't help but see through thier excuses
8. They avoid making eye contact at all costs.
You used to hang out all the time, and now its hard for them to even look in your direction
9. They stopped liking your photos on social media.
Now it's personal
10. They are never at their usual place anymore.
It's clear they are not being themselves, and you can't help but blame yourself for it
11. When you confront them about it, they act like you're making it all up.
It may seem as if you are going crazy, but it's them that needs to sort their issues out, because you are not at fault.
