11 Signs You're Way Too Excited for Christmas
About

There are two types of people: the type that puts up the Christmas tree just a few days before December 25, and the type that starts decorating before Thanksgiving. If you're the latter, you're just a little too eager for Santa to get here. Show some restraint! Here's 11 indicators that you are this person.

1. To you, Christmas starts the day after Halloween.

Also known as November 1st. That very morning, a shift takes place in the universe.

2. You already have all your gifts picked out.

That was done back in September!

3. You spend hours decorating your tree and your house.

Everything has to look perfect!

4. You make a point of wearing winter clothes.

Even if it's not even cold outside.

5. Red and green everything.

Including things like your nails.

6. Bake all the cookies!

(And hope you don't gain weight).

7. You play Christmas music at every moment possible.

In the car, while you clean, in the shower, etc.

8. Everyone is offended by your eagerness.

Because Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet!

9. You're counting down the days.

A countdown which likely started in the triple digits

10. You have a bucket list of all the seasonal beverages.

Eggnog, hot cocoa, peppermint mocha

11. You've spent way too much money buying Christmas lights.

or to see them.

birthday party

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes.
