11 Reasons Why Wawa Is the Best Place To Be At 2 a.m.

Wawa. The Holy Land. It's all the same. This convenience store is not simply just that. It's where dreams come true. (It's true because Sriracha Chicken Bites are now a thing.) When in doubt, Wawa is always a reliable choice that will surely have something to please everyone. Wawa's always there for you, and for some reason, many find themselves there at unspeakable hours of the night. But no worries; compiled is a list of reasons why Wawa is easily the best place to be at 2 a.m.

1. Two words: Free. Water.

This should be a given anywhere, but let's face it, sometimes you just need to gulp down 32 oz. of H2O. And it definitely tastes better free.

2. Chicken fingers AND Mac & Cheese all in one? Yes.

Something that tastes this good can't be that bad.

3. You get to know your townies in their natural habitat.

They may offer you candy. I suggest you don't take it.

4. The calories of your classic-sized hoagie definitely don't count after 1 a.m.

It's better not to question how they mysteriously disappear.

5. It's a place where everyone knows your name.

Wawa Joe is more well-known on campus than most seniors.

6. It's a judgment-free zone.

Get that second quesadilla, you go girl.

7. Warm cookies are easily the reason for existence.

8. There are simply no rules.

Some things happen under those bright lights that you can never unsee.

9. It's a place where your hardest decision is between a small, medium, or large mac and cheese.

Decisions, decisions.

10. Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are a conversation starter for friendships that could last a lifetime.

Let's face it: You won't remember how much you "love her" in the morning.

11. Money is no object.

You somehow didn't have money to eat a balanced meal for the past six days, but you found three singles and $4 in dimes and nickels in your pocket.

To be honest, Wawa has made a positive impact on my life. It really offers any and all things you need in life: food, drink and in some cases, fuel. When you find yourself there at a late night hour, don't question it. Just accept it, and thank yourself for making the best decision you could (whether that be coherent or not).

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
