Macaroni and cheese is a very versatile food that is loved by people of all ages. With so many different types of pasta and delicious cheeses to choose from, macaroni and cheese can be eaten so many ways. As a kid we reach for the macaroni in the shape of our favorite movie character. As a college student, we reach for something quick and microwaveable. Once you get older, you might like to dress it up and add lobster. For many people it is a comfort food. For me, it is my favorite food. Here's why:
