Good quotes are meant to inspire. When I find a quote that I totally get and want to live by, I keep tabs. It is easy to forget the simple things in life, and certain quotes for me are great reminders as to what my mindset should be and how that will ultimately help me lead a better life. They remind you of what is important and good things to stand for. I have eleven listed below that I think everyone should try to live by.
1. "Listen, smile, agree, and then do whatever the f*** you were gonna do anyway." -Robert Downey Jr.
People are going to try to have you act a certain way and do things the way they want, all because of control and expectations. If you are firm about something and know what you want and how to get it, ignore others and just do what you were going to do anyway. Who cares what they think.
2. "Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics." -Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein is tying a spiritual concept into a physical one, proving that certain things are real. If you want your life to be a certain way, believe you deserve it and aim for that level. That is how you will achieve it.
3. "If you've never lost your mind, then you've never followed your heart." -Anonymous
A pretty simple thought, but one very easily forgotten. You have to let go of certain things to really be able to follow your heart. And your heart knows what you want and your mind will try to stop you if it things seem to complicated, to hard to do. Forget your mind. Lose it. And follow your heart.

Anger should be felt but not kept. Hating someone will only hurt you and is not worth the toll it will take, so let go of hatred.

Just remember that you don't know why things happen and what it all means. I believe that everything happens for a reason, which then leads me to remember that I don't know the purpose of why bad things happen, but I can make it through.

If you really want something, you have to go after it. And if it matters to you, you won't let it slip away. If you make excuses and don't try, then it shows that that is not important to you. So when things are important and you believe are real, fight for them.

Everyone is loved. Everyone. If someone makes you feel like you are difficult or you just feel unloveable based on how they treat you, then kick them out of your life. You deserve better.

If we were all to live by this quote, then the world would be a very happy, wonderful place. Take the time to remind yourself of how to empower yourself and others, because ultimately that will make you feel good about yourself and will leave people feeling good as well.

Always love and be open to love. You may have a broken heart but do not shut down, stay hopeful and give yourself another chance. Believe you deserve another chance at love because you do and you should.
