11 Quotes From The Office To Live By
The Office US

For those who are lovers of the best show ever, "The Office" will understand the full meaning of these quotes. For those who aren't familiar, don't worry. This American comedy show contains so much dialogue of best life lessons, best love stories, funniest moments, and all us as viewers can appreciate and learn from. For those who have binge watched every Netflix show possible, put this nine season show on your list. Here are eleven of the many great quotes from "The Office" to appreciate.

1. "Not enough for me? You are everything." - Jim.

You're the peanut butter to my jelly, the milk to my cereal, the Pam to my Jim. This TV show couple is the ultimate relationship goals since 2005. Everyone deserves a love like Pam and Jim.

2. "I have to say, I like hanging out with a vengeful b*tch." - Dwight.

It's okay to let your more devious side every once in awhile.

3. "If my parents see this, I am toast." -Creed.

As said by every person ever.

4. "You don't call retarded people retards. It's bad taste. You call your friends retards when they're acting retarded." - Michael.

5. "[Muffled] That's what she said." - Michael.

6. "So, life gives you lemons, you just gotta eat them. Rinds and all! And if you don't want to eat them, your ex-girlfriend will shove them down your throat with the help of her hunky new boyfriend. So that's fun." - Andy.

7. "There's too many people on this Earth. We need a new plague." -Dwight.

I'm positive everyone can relate to this on a daily basis. When you're stuck in a crowded elevator, or when there is no room on the bus for you to sit you wish the world's population would depreciate.

8. “A real man swallows his vomit when a lady is present.” - Dwight.

9. “Women are like wolves. If you want one, you must trap it. Snare it. Tame it. Feed it.” - Dwight.

10. "[over Jim's laptop in the conference room] New York is so exciting. I love my classes, it's awesome. Can you give me back to Jim now please?" - Pam

11. "It's a pimple, Phyllis. Avril Lavigne gets them all the time and she still rocks harder than anyone else." - Michael

I hope some of these lines from "The Office" made you smile.

Actually, Kylie Jenner, 2018 is the year of realizing things.

The first semester of college is famous for being one of the most difficult transitions of one's young adult life. You're thrown into a completely new area where the majority of the people surrounding you are strangers in an academic environment that's much more challenging then what you've grown accustomed to for the past twelve years. On top of that, you probably share a room with another person (or even multiple people) on the lumpiest "mattress" you've ever slept on.

With this change comes a lot of questions: what do I want to major in? What am I passionate about? Is what I'm passionate about something I'm actually good at? Why does the bathroom smell like cranberry juice and vodka? What is that thing at the bottom of the shower drain?

6 Unrealistic Expectations Society Has For Young Adults

Don't let the thesaurus-inspired vocabularies in our résumés fool you. We're actually just big kids.

Well over four feet tall and 100 pounds in weight, many of us "young adults" of the world still consider ourselves children. Big, working, college-attending, beer-drinking children. We may live on our own, know how to cook noodles, and occasionally use a planner, but don't be fooled; the youthful tendencies that reside within us still make their way into our daily lives. From choosing to stay up until 3:00 a.m. playing video games on a school night to going out in 30 degree weather without a coat, we still make decisions that our parents and grandparents would shake their heads at in disappointment. So why are we expected to know exactly how to be a wise, professional, sensible adult? It's not that we're irresponsible (for the most part, anyway). It's that we are young, inexperienced, and still have the sought-after, enthusiastic mentality that we can do and be whatever we want, which has not yet been tarnished by the reality of the world. These are just a few of the unrealistic expectations that society has for young adults.
