April Fools Day is either your favorite or your absolute least favorite day of the year. It's the one day out of the 365 days a year that you can get away with playing the cruelest jokes on your loved ones. Here are a few of my favorite to help make your April Fools Day a successful one.

1. Prank Call

This one is a classic. Dial up your friends from an unknown number and pretend like they've won a contest.

2. Soap Prank

This one is another classic. Get a bar of soap and cover it with clear nail polish, but make sure you cover it completely. If you miss any spots on the soap the prank will be no good. I like this prank because it is an easy and cheap way to trick someone.

3. Confetti Surprise

Put some confetti on a ceiling fan and wait for the victim to turn it on. It will be quite the surprise.

4. Computer Mouse Prank

Get a small piece of paper or a piece of tape and cover the sensor on the bottom of your victims computer mouse.

5. M&M Prank

Put a bunch of M&Ms and Skittles (and maybe Reese's Pieces if you're sure your victim isn't allergic) together in a bowl.

6. Car Prank

Leave a note on your victims car and apologize for something that didn't actually happen.

7. Rainbow Windshield Prank

Put paint right by the edge of your victim's windshield wiper. This way as soon as they turn them on a rainbow will appear. Hopefully the weather will help you out, too. MAKE SURE TO ONLY DO ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SO THAT THE DRIVER CAN STILL SEE.

8. Autocorrect/Shorcut Prank

Change the autocorrect in your victims phone to a bunch of silly things.

9. Alarm Prank

To set an alarm on someones iPhone does not require you to actually get into their phone. Swipe up on the lock screen, press the timer button, and set a random alarm.

10. Toothpaste Prank

This prank is another classic. Replace the filling in Oreos with a nice toothpaste filling.

11. Bug Prank

You can do this prank anywhere, but I suggest putting the creepy crawlers in a lamp. This will be sure to freak out your victim.

Hopefully these 11 pranks help make your April Fools day a little more fun. Happy scaring!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
