In my opinion, traveling is one of the greatest achievements one can achieve.

To see nature at its best, stunning views, and much more; it is truly a different kind of paradise. Here is a list of some of nature’s greatest gifts to the world!

So get ready to pack a bag, grab your camera, and do not forget to bring your sunscreen- these places are not to be missed out on!

1. The Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Australia

You have probably heard about this wonderful place. The Great Barrier Reef is one of the most breathtaking places on Earth. With its clear, sparkling blue water, it is home to almost more than 2,000 different species of marine animals. With a variety of activities for tourists to participate in, this reef attracts tourists from all around the world and is definitely a sight not to be missed!

2. Antelope Canyon in Arizona

This stunning beauty was created by rainfall and flooding and is made out of sandstone. Shocking that rain can create such a wonder right? Antelope Canyon attracts many tourists and the world’s best photographers. This canyon is the most photographed canyon in the Southeast US! I mean, can you blame them? This sight is definitely something!

3. Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia

Okay, let’s take a moment to absorb the beauty that is laid in front of our eyes...Can I just say, wow, this is by far my favorite place. With the gorgeous, teal water forming various waterfalls and the vibrant green trees, it almost looks like a fairy tale. Who wants to miss out on a place that resembles a fairy tale?

4. Bora Bora, French Polynesia

ajority of us have heard of beach houses. But what about actual houses ON water?! Not just the normal kind of water you see on a daily basis- but a spectacular cyan colored water that sparkles right in front of your eyes! One of the greatest parts about Bora Bora is that it has an unpolluted environment and there are NO poisonous snakes or insects. Seems like the perfect paradise to me!

5. Taj Mahal, Agra, in Uttar Pradesh, India

The Taj Mahal is one of the seven wonders in the world. It is located in a very small city called Agra. Even if it is located in a little city, the Taj Mahal has many visitors and tourists coming to see its beauty. What is even better than the splendid view is the reason this structure was built. When emperor Shah Jahan’s wife had died, wanting her memory to always be with him in a physical form, he constructed the Taj Mahal. With that being said, the Taj Mahal is an incredible view that should be visited!

6. Lençóis Maranhenses in Brazil

This national park is located in Brazil. Composed of many sand dunes and lagoons, it may look like a desert- but it actually receives enough precipitation for vegetation. This is the perfect place to relax in the silky sand and give yourself a needed vacation!

7. Carrera Lake in Santa Cruz, Argentina

This truly wonderful lake is the deepest lake in South America and famous for salmon and trout fishing. The colors of the water are all different, unique variations of blue. With the special marble effects created by the surrounding water, this lake is a perfect place for a soothing, calm boat ride!

8. Santorini in Greece

This place in Greece is perfect to wake up to the bright, shiny sun and sparkling blue water right next to you and will definitely put a smile on your face with its stunning view!

9. Heart Sea Arch in Portugal

Wow, nature sure does know how to impress. With the beautifully tinted water and the breathtaking sky, can this arch get any better?- yes, it’s in the shape of a HEART!

10. Skaftafell Ice Cave in Iceland

Yes- it is real ice! These magical caves will take your breath away with the special texture of the ice. These ice caves are unfortunately only temporary structures on the edge of glaciers so you better hurry up before you miss out on these beauties!

11. Whitehaven Beach in Australia

More like WhiteHEAVEN beach- Am I right? This gorgeous beach almost looks photoshopped to create this perfect place. With various amounts of activities to do, this beach was named, “number one beach in Australia.” To make it even better, it is Queensland’s cleanest beach! This beach is just heaven on Earth and must be visited!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
