Do you ever look at your cat while they're all cuddled up and wonder, why? Why do they find that spot in particular to sleep? Sometimes, they find the most annoying places that just happen to be in the way. Here are eleven places that my cat likes to sleep that always make me wonder.

1. My Freshly Folded Laundry

What else is better than your clean laundry covered in cat hair? Everything.

2. My Pillow

Although she looks adorable, it's not as if I was planning on sleeping anytime soon or tonight at all.

3. A Laptop Keyboard

Just when I thought I could write that seven page essay for my English professor, the kitty decides the keyboard is a great place for a nap.

4. A Book Bag

It appears that I will be taking my cat to school with me today.

5. A Christmas Tree

"Do you remember buying the life size cat ornament?" "No, actually, I think that might be Mr. Whiskers."

6. A Bass Drum

Even the drummer, Paul Riddle, from the Marshall Tucker Band has had a problem with his cat sleeping in his bass drum. Always remember to check your drum for cats.

7. The Stove

My only two questions are "how," and "do they not understand how dangerous this is?!"

8. The Piano

If you're going to sleep on the piano, I am requesting a song like the kittens do in the Aristocats.

9. The Pizza You Ordered An Hour Ago

Well, I guess you could have that piece... especially after your butt has been on it.

10. The Dog's Bed

This is a good way to assert your dominance. You've got to show the dog who runs things around here.

11. My Face

I really don't think this would be that comfortable, yet so many cats sleep on their human's face. They must really love us to deal with our drooling and constant snoring at night.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
