Your Facebook's have probably been flooded with pineapple war memes. The entire world is choosing sides -- you either love having pineapple on your pizza, or you discredit its legitimacy as a pizza topping all together. Personally, pineapple is one of my favorite additions to a delicious pizza. The random bursts of sweetness compliment the savory and salty taste so well.
If you're already a pineapple pizza lover, this list is about pull at your heart strings. If you aren't on #teampineapple already, I encourage you try out some of these yummy combinations and give pineapple one more try.
1. The Traditional Hawaiian Pizza
Most of you probably know this one already -- the traditional Hawaiian pizza, made with salty ham and sweet and tangy pineapple. It's the most commonly ordered combination with pineapple for a reason. This pizza will keep your mouth yearning for more.

A BBQ chicken pizza is one of my favorite orders. The sweet and tangy BBQ sauce is a perfect match for some delicious pineapple. When the two are paired with roasted chicken breast and savory melted mozzarella...nothing can compare.

When you are yearning for a little kick, a jalapeño, pepperoni and pineapple pizza should be your go to option. The sweet pineapple paired with the pickled spiciness of jalapeños will have your tastebuds singing hallelujah.

If you're looking for a deliciously tangy and sweet Asain twist on your pizza, this is your dream come true. It starts off with a layer of traditional sweet and sour sauce, and is then topped with fresh shrimp, bell peppers, melted mozzarella, and of course, pineapple. You won't be able to put it down!
6. Margherita Pizza
This is one of the most commonly ordered pizzas across the world, so why not add some fresh pineapple? The savory mozzarella and fresh basil compliment the sweetness oh so well.
7. BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza
Similar to the BBQ chicken pizza, this BBQ pulled pork pizza is a serious treat. Pineapple and pork compliment each other so well! Paired with a tangy BBQ sauce, chunks of bacon, and garnished with fresh basil. You will not regret trying this.

This pizza is extremely similar to the jalapeno, pepperoni, and pineapple pizza. Switch the pepperoni out for some bacon, and you have the perfect combination of sweet, spicy and salty on every slice.

If simple is more your style, spring for the cheese pizza with some sweet pineapple. You'd be surprised how well cheese, tomato sauce, and pineapples compliment each other.
