The 2016 election is fast approaching, and even if you have no interest in politics, escaping news coverage of the upcoming election is next to impossible. As Americans get closer and closer to choosing the next president of the United States, it can be pretty stressful trying to sift through news stories to find something resembling the truth about the candidates. Just know that, in this trying time, Joe Biden is right there with you, and he, too, is incredibly distraught.

1.

Here we see Joe on the verge of tears because his best friend Barack can't run again, so he has no clue who to vote for.

2.

Joe just realized that if Donald Trump is elected, Donald will probably fire everyone in the U.S. just like he did when he was on "The Apprentice."

3.

Joe lost his favorite hat, but no one is paying attention to him because Hillary is giving a speech. Joe is sad. Joe is mad. He wants attention. He misses his hat.

4.

It is Wednesday, and black forest ham is the sub of the day at Subway. Joe loves black forest ham, but Joe lost his appetite after remembering that super PACs still exist.

5.

Joe is trying to stay optimistic. He's still sad, though.

6.

Joe decided to let himself cry. Emotions are not bad. Joe read somewhere on the internet that it is okay to cry. Joe cried for a bit. Now he feels a little better.

7.

Joe is exercising a lot of self control here. He wants to scream, but he does not. Instead, he almost lets the scream escape, but just in time he curls his lips in on themselves, and swallows hard. He eats his own scream, and patiently waits for it to digest.

8.

Here we see Joe, delirious from lack of sleep, inches away from ripping his own eyes from their sockets in an attempt to distract from the political drama he is drowning in.

9.

Sad again.

10.

So, so sad.

11.

Joe decided to take his qualms up with the Lord. What else is a VP to do?

The election is stressful. And kind of a train wreck. But it's our train wreck (or something). Make sure to do your part and vote this November. Maybe afterward Joe Biden can finally sleep again.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
