Have you ever gone to YouTube to watch one video and then it turned into ten more after that? Yeah me too. Here are eleven people who add to my YouTube addiction.

1. David Dobrik

If you like to watch prank videos, funny skits, or just downright stupid funny videos then go subscribe to David Dobrik's vlogs. His videos entail him and the "Vlog Squad" living their "normal" lives out in the town of Los Angeles. David has a huge following of almost 7 million people and even sometimes collaborates with celebrities like J-Lo and Steve-O, not to mention his best friend Josh Peck. He is known for his clickbait, so beware watching tons of videos back to back.

2. Liza Koshy

Speaking of David Dobrik, this is his girlfriend who has made a great name for herself over the years with 14 million followers. She hangs out with Obama so you already know she's pretty cool. Liza's videos are random and hilarious, she's known for her puns, dancing, and dropping into the splits any given chance she gets. She's been featured in big movies, TV shows, and is finally coming out with her very own show on YouTube Red!

3. Jeffree Star

Jeffree Star started out making music and clothing and now is a full-time beauty guru and the CEO of his own makeup company. His channel is known for his in-depth makeup tutorials for crazy colorful looks as well as reviews for all new products from high end to drugstore. He stands out from others with his extra personality as well as his hilarious side comments. Jeffree is always caught up in some type of drama headline, whether it be with Kim Kardashian or another fellow youtuber, he knows how to get views and entertain an audience.

4. Faze Banks

Faze Banks is the definition of a good vibe. He is so transparent with his subscribers, he just comes across so genuine through the camera lens. Faze is creative and generous and lives a fabulous life that he enjoys showing off. His vlogs include him with his other famous roommates, Alissa Violet, Sommer Ray, and Ricegum and they make for a pretty entertaining bunch.

5. Shani Grimmond

This bombshell of a human is an Aussie makeup youtuber who is constantly traveling the world with her besties and boyfriend by her side. Her life looks like an absolute dream and I can't help but watch her videos in complete awe. When she's not living it up in Bora Bora, she's vlogging her day to day life and giving us skin routines, workout routines, and basically a first-hand look at her picture-perfect life. Although her life looks like a dream in some video, Shani also touches on dealing with anxiety and depression and also has a weirdly awesome sense of humor.

6. Kian and Jc

These two are my absolute favorites at the moment. Their videos never fail to make me laugh out loud and hit the replay button over and over again. These two best friends do challenge videos, vlogs, Q&A's and every single video idea they have come up with is gold. They post three times a week and every time its something different which is why I think people love them so much. Not to mention they are so incredibly cute.

7. Tana Mongeau

I love watching this girl so much because she is so unapologetically herself at all times even when she shouldn't. And I say that because a lot of people absolutely love and adore her and lot of people also aren't too fond of her. She recently has been making music and making some pretty funny vlogs and challenge videos!

8. Franny Arietta

Her. Laugh. Is. Contagious. This sweet girl lives with Kian and JC as well as some other famous YouTubers. She can hang with boys who do dumb stuff and video it for a living so that alone makes me wanna be her friend. Her videos are mostly makeup tutorials and challenge videos with her roomies and they leave me wanting more every single time!

9. Laura Lee

Laura Lee has a special place in my subscribed box because she is from Montgomery, Alabama, which is close to home for me. Laura used to film makeup videos in her room for fun and now its turned into her full-blown dream job. Laura just launched her own makeup brand and is currently living in her dream house in LA along with her cute cats and hubby. She vlogs from time to time but I am obsessed with her haul videos as well as makeup tutorials.

10. Wildabeast

I'm sure you have seen those crazy good dance videos in that red painted room with the words "Unity in Diversity" in the background, and if you haven't, yes you have, trust me just look it up. Wildabeast is such a cool individual who inspires dancers from all over the world from all ages and ethnicities and brings them together to dance. His videos include finding the hottest songs and making up some jaw-dropping choreography to show off to the world how many talented dancers there are day in and day out in his studio.

11. Brad Mondo

Brad is my new favorite channel to watch. He is a professional hairdresser who watches and reacts to other people doing their hair at home and, well, basically failing. He usually reaches out to help and will sometimes even give people free makeovers! He is most famous for reacting to America's Next Top Model makeover episodes, which if you're not familiar with, Tyra Banks basically gives each contestant completely different hair, sometimes bad, sometimes good, but all of the time dramatic. It's hilarious and informal at the same time, I love him.

In all seriousness, YouTube is a great place to get lost and escape from the real world. There is literally everything you can think of on this platform and a ton of crazy talented people to chose to watch from. I have a million more people I love to watch but these are definitely my top picks!

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
