1. The Christmas Card
This is one of my most favorite Hallmark movies. It is a must watch every Christmas season and I usually watch it with my mom. The movie is about a woman who writes Christmas letters to soldiers during the holidays. Little does she know that her life will soon change because of just 1 of those Christmas cards. It is a heartwarming story and I definitely recommend you watch it!
2. A Very Merry Mix-up
I absolutely love this movie. It is a cute comedy love story that I look forward to watching every year. The movie is about a woman who is engaged and very nervous to meet her future in-laws. She hops on a plane without her fiance (he is working on business first) and heads to her in-laws home, but she runs into a weird situation. She meets a man in the airport who the same last name as her fiance and it goes from there!
3. A Boyfriend for Christmas
Honestly, this is something I would ask for for Christmas (haha). This movie is another really cute love story. The movie is about a lady by the name of Holly who 20 years earlier had asked Santa for a boyfriend. So realizes she can not rely on Santa so she gives up wishing, but Santa didn't not give up. He has something up his sleeve and you will have to watch the movie to find out what happens from there!
4. A Wish For Christmas
This movie is another favorite and it has everyone's favorite Mean Girl; Lacey Chabert. A Wish For Christmas is a cute and heartwarming movie. It is about a young women who usually sits back and lets people walk all over her and take credit for her work. Well, at a work Christmas party Santa decides to show up and grant the woman one wish as her Christmas gift and she wishes for courage. You can only imagine how that went. Watch the movie to find out what happens!
5. A Cookie Cutter Christmas
I love love love this movie! It is yet again a really cute love story that I just can't get enough of! This is movie is exactly what it sounds like. Two women who have been archrivals since kids go head to head in a cookie baking competition. Curve balls are thrown but in the end. All is well and love is everywhere.
6. Ice Sculpture Christmas
This is another movie I can't get enough of. I love it and the story behind it. The movie is about a young women who gets a job at a local country club and through this she reconnects with one of her childhood friends. Her childhood friend knows how great she is at ice sculpting, so he decides to enter her into a competition at the country club. Through this they come together to rekindle the flame they once had and compete in this competition.
7. The Christmas Ornament
This movie is a sad yet cute and happy love story. A young women who is recently widowed decided she didn't want to do Christmas this year. She does not want to bring back old memories so she decides to not decorate at all in her house, but then she meets a man who will change everything. He own a tree farm and starts to show her that because one persons life ends hers doesn't have to. He shows her that hope is still there and she needs to keep going.
8. Northpole: Open for Christmas
This is another movie that I just love. In the movie, a young woman inherits her aunt's magical hotel, but she decides to sell it. She tries to fix up the hotel and deal with customers, but she soon realizes that it is too much work. The woman is surprised by some kids, who are really elves, come to help her. They are there to change her mind on Christmas and change her mind to keep the hotel.
9. The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
This is an older Hallmark movie but it is still a good watch. The movie revolves around a small family, a mother, son, and uncle. The mother has some what started to hate Christmas and her son is slowly starting to have doubts in Santa and Christmas. The mother meets a stranger that the uncle picked up at the airport and starts to befriend him. This movie is a cute and funny story that is a must watch during the seasons.
This movie is about something I have always wanted to do. Anna the young woman in this show is unemployed and trying to make ends meet. So, she decides to become a personal Christmas gift shopper!! I have always wanted to do! Anyways, she eventually falls in love with the person she is shopping for and she finds things out about herself that she never knew.
11. Silver Bells
This is another older Hallmark movie but it is still a great watch. The movie is about a family who owns a tree farm and moves to New York every Christmas season to sell them. They run into love and trouble while they are there and they push through the bad to come together as one for Christmas.
All of these Hallmark movies are must watches for this holiday season. They all have amazing stories that really show the true meaning of the holidays. They show love and loss, but they rise up and show what families and Christmas is all about.
