11 Fun Things To Do On A Snow Day

Snow days can be the best of days (no school) or the worst (but you’re stuck inside), depending on how you look at it. But when you’re on-campus college student, snow days are even more exciting. Here are 11 fun things you can do to make this weekend the best of the semester.

1. Make an igloo.

You’ve got to do something with all that snow, right?

2. Build a snowman.

If only Elsa could bring him to life.

3. Make a snow angel.

A little bit of art is good for the soul.

4. Go sledding.

Whether you use a sled or discarded cardboard, stay safe and have fun.

5. Drink hot chocolate.

You’ve got to stay warm, after all.

6. Eat junk food.

Since you’ve stocked up on it, might as well pig out.

7. Don’t do school work.

If school can take a day off, so can you.

8. Hang out with friends.

Snow days are no fun when you’re alone.

9. Have a sleepover.

The more, the merrier.

10. Watch a movie.

Disney’s "Frozen" would be completely appropriate. So would "The Day After Tomorrow."

11. Throw a party.

Snow days are always worth celebrating.
