As a child, board games were our life. We wanted to play them every night with our family and friends. Almost every birthday party or family event you went to had a board game. You'd think that we'd be sick of them after awhile, but that just wasn't possible. Even to this day, we get excited when someone mentions board games - especially if it's on your top 10 list! Here are some of the best board games that millennials played and came to fall in love with! Did yours make the list?

1. Monopoly

This game seemed like it would never end, but you didn't want to quit until you had all of the properties or a hotel on everything!

2. Candy Land

Princess Lolly, Queen Frostine, Lord Licorice, King Kandy, Plumpy, Jolly, Gloppy, Gramma Nutt -- We all had one character we loved the most!

3. Uno

Reverse. Skip. Reverse. Draw two. Draw four. Sorry, not sorry!

4. Connect Four

There was always that one spot you wanted, but your opponent always took it!

5. Battleship

You were extra cool if you had the electronic version!

6. Sorry

"I know you're almost to the safe zone, but I want your spot, so I'm knocking you back to start!"

7. The Game of Life

Not only did you want the best job, the best house, and the most money, but you hoped that that would be your future too.

8. Guess Who?

"Does your person have brown hair?" No. "Glasses?" No. "A hat?" Yes!

9. Chutes and Ladders

You loved the tallest ladder, but hated the longest slide.

10. Pictionary

"Is that a tree? A house? A tree on top of the house?"

11. Don't Wake Daddy!

Even as you got older, the dad still makes you jump!

No matter how old we are, we'll always love these games. How many of you would actually turn down a game of Uno if your friends asked? Not many! So grab your friends, get some board games, and bring back some memories! (Maybe you'll make a few new ones too!)

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
