3. Living Single (1993-1998)

Still standing as one of the most popular sitcoms of the 90s, this show about the ever-evolving lives of 6 twentysomethings who live in Brownstone in the middle of New York is perfect for the child with big dreams of moving to the Big Apple.

A Different World is the portrayal of the ultimate HBCU experience at the fictional Hillman College.
