Most of the processed or refined food contain the unhealthy chemicals. They are also high in refined carbohydrates. The carbs which existed in refined foods can damage our digestive system. But most importantly processing food destroys those nutrients which are essential for health. That also makes your skin look dull. So, to keep your skin gorgeous you should avoid these foods.

2. Start incorporating raw foods

Raw foods contain more enzymes which are basically a result of more digestion, energy production, detoxification hormone production etc. These all ensure our optimal health and beauty. Lack of enzymes can decrease the renewal of skin cells. Another important thing is raw foods have a high level of water. Our skin needs to have lots of water for appearing youthful.

3. First, you need to be hydrated:

When you wake up from sleep take enough water. Then you can eat your favorite fruits which contain enough water. It will remove your dullness, dryness, and breakouts. In the morning, dehydration makes your skin dry and looks gloomy.

4. Get rid of gray hair:

Taking enough vitamins like Vitamin B12 is good for hair health. You can also massage your hair with egg oil. You can also use hair oil adding a few drops of rosemary essential oil on it. In these ways, you can also strengthen your hair follicle.

5. Seal your nails:

Many nail polishes that may be shiny or glossy can cause damage to the nails. If you nail polish in a regular manner then you should use the seal to protect your nails from brittle or other scratches. you can also peel it by applying a top coat over your nail polish.

6. Perfect morning skincare:

Early morning exercise and drinking two glasses of water is just the way to boost your skin. Wash your face in the morning as it will clean up nighttime bacteria, dirt or any kind of makeup residue. If you use moisturizer apply it by smoothing across the face, neck, and chest.

7. Use skin cleanser by knowing your skin type:

Skin cleanser is essential for maintaining its beauty.

Skin can be either dry or oily. For dry skin, it's better to use low alcoholic cream. On the other hand, the cream which contains lower PH level is better for oily skin. However, if you use cream without knowing its value, it can cause cellular damage or other serious infections to your skin
