In the past few weeks, all I have heard about is the negative news throughout the world. So, here is a list of 100 things that make me feel happy. I know there's probably at least one thing on this list everyone can relate to. May you take a moment and remember that amongst all the scary times, there are so many things to enjoy.

1. Slicing into a perfectly cooked steak

2.Getting in the pool when you’re really hot

3. Reuniting with friends and family

4. Collapsing on the couch after a long day at work

5. Arriving to your destination after a long car trip

6. The first chip at a Mexican restaurant

7. Acing a test

8. Unsubscribing from spam emails

9. Climbing in bed after you’ve changed the sheets

10. Sand between your toes

11. When the sun breaks through the clouds

12. Marking off the last thing on your “To Do” list

13. Opening the mailbox and it’s full

14. When your favorite song comes on the radio

15. A full tank of gas

16. Opening a present

17. Getting a fresh manicure/pedicure

18. Putting aloe on a sunburn

19. Finishing a good book

20. Brushing your hair

21. Watching the Macy's Day Parade

22. Sleeping in your own bed after vacation

23. Popping the tab on a soda can

24. When the flight attendant says, “Prepare for landing.”

(On a personal note, I did this 1,000 piece puzzle pictured above but COULD NOT FIND THE 1,000th PIECE IN THE DEAD CENTER.)
