Working in retail is already hard work without adding the stress of these different kinds of customers. We all know the struggle of what it is like to help these kind of awful people. Just remember to keep on smiling because the customer is always right...even if they are completely wrong.
- “The know it all”- These customers don’t need any help because they already know everything and whatever you say won’t help them. They already know all of the deals and where everything they need is located because they’re the ones who work there, right?
