Those 5 o’clock spin classes can always wait, and missing the gym one (or 5 days) doesn’t really matter all that much does it?
The most common excuses you can use to not go to the gym today:
- The walk is too far
- It’s probably too crowded right now
- I really have other things I could be doing
- I really don’t want to look sweaty
- Food > Cardio
- I already showered
- All my work out clothes are dirty
- I ate a salad today
- I went yesterday
- I am too hungover
