One thing we often forget to do is to treat and take care of ourselves from time to time. Taking time for ourselves and taking a break from the outside world. So here are a few ideas of how to treat ourselves and spice up your life:

1. Go get your nails done!

In fact, get the whole spa treatment!

2. Go pet some dogs

Honestly what is better than being attacked by puppies?

3. Sleep in

Just skip the gym for once

4. or....Go to the gym!

Get those gains!

5. Order your favorite take out

Even if its what you do every night

6. or... Try a new recipe!

You might discover you're the next Gordon Ramsey.

7. Take a bubble bath for a long period of time

Responsibilities? What are those?

8. Take a dance class

If you've got history, get back into it and if not maybe try zumba?

9. Block off a weekend and do a movie marathon

Invite your friends or just your dog. Your choice.

10. Shop

Online or in person, shopping is the answer to any problem.
