Stress is a feeling everyone has to experience a lot in life. So, it helps to have a few little things to help make life more relaxing.

1. Meditate.

Meditation can be done anywhere you want and you do not have to do it for hours, either. Sometimes, there is not enough time, but it is easy to make 5 minutes to clear your mind. If you want to find an app and start to keep track of how much you meditate daily.

2. Listen to music.

Music is just so therapeutic. You can choose to listen to your favorite song or maybe just a slow soothing song. Either way, it is your own personal little slice of heaven.

3. Go for a walk.

A nice little walk in nature is always so nice. The sounds of birds, rushing water, and wind can take your mind off of anything bothering you.

4. Write something.

You do not have to be like "Dear Diary," but you can just write how you are feeling. If you want to be a little more creative, write a mini story with a happy ending to make you feel nice.

5. Play with an animal.

If you can play with an animal. Animals make people happy and are fun to be around.

6. Do Yoga.

Yoga gives the body a chance to release tension and it is fun to do in groups.

7. Naptime.

Sometimes a good nap is all we need to make the day better.

8. Watch a funny movie.

If a good laugh cannot make someone's day better then I have no idea what will. A nice comedy can help a lot.

9. Get a cup of coffee.

Okay, so maybe it's just me but the smell of coffee is so relaxing. So, there are triple points with this one. Coffee smells great, taste great, and is wonderful for chilly days.

10. Be alone.

Maybe some alone time is needed. Friends and family are nice but just some time with me, myself, and I is a necessity.
