Does it ever feel like you can't remember something? Or maybe its someone who we met and we forgot the name of? Just like everything memory requires a little work. We often don't realize how much we remember. We typically procrastinate in the situation and pray that we just will remember the information. We rarely focus on the fact that we improve our physical health by exercising, our mental health by seeking services or people we trust, but what about our memory?
