1. Count to five and take deep breaths

2. Write your thoughts down in a journal
3. Coloring! color your anxiety away!
How can you not smile coloring in a picture!
4. Yoga! stretch out that anxiety!
In positive energy, out anxiety!
5. Go for a walk and clear your head
6. Hug a teddy bear!
The softest and cuddliest type of friend to hug!
7. Listen to calming, happy music
Positive uplifting music is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
8. Think positive thoughts!
If you think only positive then positive things will happen!
9. Drink plenty of water and eat well
You cant be worried if you have a full stomach!
10. Take a break and rest
Take a moment and just take a break! take a nap and relax.
