"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" is tradition in my house to watch every year around the Thanksgiving holiday. I've seen it countless times, but still laugh at the little characters Charles M. Schulz so wonderfully created. I've always loved dogs so I'm partial to Snoopy, but here's what he did to make Thanksgiving better than what we slave hours over every turkey day.
1. He had the help of Woodstock
The Snoopy and Woodstock duo is something no one can deny is classic.2. He dressed for the occasion
3. He made a dinner table out of a ping pong table
He's just plain resourceful.4. He took direction
What a good boy.5. He fought a chair
All of this so every one of his friends could sit around the [ping pong] dinner table together.6. He made an excessive amount of popcorn
7. ...and toast8. He served dinner with style
He took pride in his hard work; like any dog-chef should.9. He took a lot of heat from unhappy guests
...Despite his best effort. LAY OFF OF HIM PEPPERMINT PATTY.10. He made sure to leave himself and Woodstock a well-deserved treat
Check out "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" on November 22nd at 7:00pm (central) on ABC and join in the family tradition!
