While in quarantine, it can be hard trying to find something to watch because that's really all we have been doing - watching TV and movies. But here is a list that will make it easy to put something on really fast so you don't have to waste too much time trying to find something interesting.

1. "Schitt's Creek" ( Hulu & Netflix)

If you want something funny with a decent amount of seasons, this is the show for you.

2. "Gilmore Girls" (Netflix)

This is a classic that is too good not to watch, and it has over 5 seasons!

3. "Tiger King" (Netflix)

If you haven't heard of this yet, have you been living under a rock? This is a must-watch - it has got so many twists and turns and is pretty entertaining, too.

4. "Glow Up" (Netflix)

If you like competition shows and makeup, then this makeup competition show is the show for you.

5. "Zumbo's Just Desserts" (Netflix)

Its a baking competition... but from Australia!

6. "All American" (Netflix)

This is a drama about a kid that goes to a fancy school to play football - 10/10 recommend!

7. "Kim's Convenience" (Netflix)

Another really funny comedy, and it has 4 seasons!

8. "On my Block" (Netflix)

A good dramedy about four teens living in L.A and navigating the world of high school.

9. "Little Fires Everywhere" (Hulu)

This is such a great drama about a mom and daughter whose lives get turned upside down after they meet, what seems like, a picture-perfect family.

10. "Looking for Alaska" (Hulu)

A good teen drama about a boy who goes to a camp and meets a girl, but she then passes away, and he tries to figure out why she died. Even better, it is based on a best-selling John Green book.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

Find excitement in your life and start exploring wherever you are right here, right now.

mu bucket list

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…

Kent State University
Great Value Colleges

If you go to or went to Kent State, then more than likely you have done or will do some of these things.

1. You’ve slipped and fallen on the ice at least once.
