Having fur babies is one of the most rewarding things in life. They act as your best friend's, your nap buddies, basically your ride or die friends. But each breed has their own quirks, mannerisms, and little personalities. So here are ten truths about owning Toy Fox Terriers.

1. They are always down to hang out

Toy Fox Terriers love to cuddle, but only when its convenient for them. But no matter if they're willing to cuddle or not, they are always willing to hang out. They love to be where you are and they know that they are always the center of attention. Why wouldn't they be? They're just too cute.

2. They are very persistent

They have to get their way and if they don't, they'll pout until they do.

3. They know how to comfort you when you're down

Toy Fox Terriers can basically read your emotions. They know when you're happy and they definitely know when you're sad and they will hug you until next year if that is what it takes to make you feel better.

4. They're always hungry

They will always be waiting for that piece of food to drop from the dinner table, even if they just ate a three course meal with two snacks and a desert. They are always hungry. Always.

5. They love having their teeth brushed

Their favorite time of day is their five minute session with their toothbrush and their chicken flavored toothpaste. Weird. I know.

6. They have real emotions

They give the side eye when they're mad. They cry actual tears when you won't share your food. They're basically tiny humans in dog form.

7. They have a list of favorite words

These words include cookie, chips, potatoes, chicken, and grandma/grandpa. And any time they hear any of those words you'd think they were going to pass out from excitement.

8. They are they cutest sleepers

I mean look at him. He is too perfect.

9. They're the best nap buddies

If you ever get the chance to nap with a Toy Fox Terrier, don't pass it up. It is one of the cutest experiences you'll ever get in your life. I promise.

10. They love to be dressed in costumes

I mean you can just see how thrilled he is.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
