Staying awake in class seems to get harder with each semester, and it is always a problem for college students. We could all use that extra push to help us make it until that glorious moment when the teacher says “You’re dismissed.” So here are some awesome tips to help you stay awake in class.

Even if you do not have to use the restroom taking a minute just to splash some water on your face and walk around in between the restroom and your class is a great

Take a minute and just stretch. Stretch your legs, your arms, whatever will help you wake up. Just make sure you stay seated and do this. Don’t start working out in the middle of class or something.
9. Try not to browse the Internet
If you’re anything like me then browsing through your Twitter just gets tiring after a few minutes so try to avoid looking through social media, BuzzFeed, etc. Kylie Jenner’s acne breakout can wait, I promise you.
10. Avoid Caffeine
I know some people love coffee, but it is not the best thing for you to drink first thing in the morning. Try a class of water to jump-start your body and drink water throughout the day to stay awake.
