If you have been living under a rock, the Cubs won the World Series for the first time in 108 years and people are pumped. Considering it has been so long since they've won the World Series, it was hard not to root for the ultimate underdogs. When they finally clinched the title, coming back form a 3-1 start to the series, it easy to fall a little bit in love with the Cubs. Here are 10 times that we all started to fall in love with the Chicago Cubs:
1. The bromance between Anthony Rizzo an Kris Bryant.
2. 39-year-old player David Ross (nicknamed Grandpa), the Cubs' oldest player, made history when he hit a home run and won the World Series game in the final game of his career.
3. Anthony Rizzo gets emotional while making a speech about David Ross at the Cubs parade in Chicago following their victory.
4. Elderly Cubs fans celebrate a long awaited victory.

6. The "Go Cubs Go" song became catchier than ever and celebrities doing their own renditions made it even more like-able.
7. Bill Murray's unending support and passion for the team somehow made it something you wanted to root for more than ever.
8. The Saturday following the team's win, Dexter Fowler, Anthony Rizzo and David Ross guest starred on Saturday Night Live proving that they not only play great baseball, but also have amazing senses of humor.
9. Not only did the Cub's win make us love the team, but it was also the Cub's loyal fans who reminded us how sports can bring people together and why a Cub's victory was one we should celebrate.
10. The fact that a Cubs win was witnessing a moment in history. After a 108 year championship drought, watching Kris Bryant field that last out was truly witnessing something that would be marked in the books for years to come.
Some may call falling in love with the Cubs "hopping on the bandwagon," but what's so wrong about joining in on something that brings so much celebration to so many people? So thanks Cubs. Thanks for bringing home the W.
