Every girl has a Netflix obsession. Whether you're into Gossip Girl, 90210, Grey's Anatomy, or One Tree Hill there is always a character that speaks to you and makes the show that much better to watch. And let me tell you, I found my person through OTH. Brooke Penelope Davis is my spirit animal. From her carefree, wild side to her sweet heart and desire for love, she has always said exactly how I was feeling. While I may not have a way with words, B.Davis sure does. Here are 10 times Brooke Davis said exactly how we were feeling, when we didn't have the courage to say it.

1.

Because let's be honest, everyone is afraid at one point or another of failing. Whether it's a relationship, a friendship, or anything else in life you worry if you're ever going to be good enough.

2.

To the people who have left my life, I used to care so much about making an effort to save things. But after a while you get tired of caring about people who have made it clear they don't care about you. And by some miracle, you find yourself caring less too.

3.

Yes, Brooke. Yes. She never hid behind her feelings. She was raw and honest and vulnerable. If she wasn't OK she would admit to that, which is admirable in my eyes.

4.

Brooke always had a way of portraying the desperation of wanting someone to want her. People want to be wanted, and need to be needed. Brooke wasn't any different.

5.

I don't know any girl who wouldn't want to say this to someone, or hear it back from another person. Brooke wanted to be the only person in Lucas' life and she wasn't afraid to ever ask for what she wanted from him.

6.

Oh the friends comparison. Doesn't it always feel like someone else has it better and you're stuck in slow motion? Brooke was successful but wanted what all of her friends seemed to have that she didn't; love.

7.

Oh, the feels. It's always someone you can't have too, which leads to the next GIF. Being in love sucks.

8.

It sure does. Brooke was always so blunt about her feelings and always said what was on her mind. And who can't agree that at one time we all felt this way

9.

And it continues. She always knew what to say, and how to open up. She should give lessons, honestly. I'd take her class.

10.

This is one of my favorite B.Davis quotes. She finally found the people who wouldn't give up on her when the going got tough and was happy. That's all anyone wants in life. People who are going to make sure that you're okay.

So thank you B.Davis, your words will always be my unspoken truth.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
