Fall semester just ended and somehow it is already time to go back. We endured months of studying and writing papers, then went through those awful finals and were thrilled to be finished...only to find ourselves starting over just a few weeks later. Here's a list of thoughts that really go through a college students' head when it is time to return to school for Spring semester.

1. We are going back already???

We literally just finished Fall semester...It feels like yesterday I was walking out of my last final. It can't seriously be time to go back...

2. I have to spend more money on more books...

It's not enough that I dropped $700 on books last semester and just bought Christmas presents for everyone I know? Let's not even talk about how much I'm paying to attend this school in the first place...

3. ...Oh, and all of your classes require books with access codes.

Well...there goes any hope you had of saving money!

4. And you probably won't even use half of the books you are told are "required."

I can't even describe how frustrating it is when a professor makes a book mandatory to purchase, and you don't use it once. Yes, I would love to spend $300 on a book that is going to sit on my desk and collect dust all semester.

5. It is way too cold out to go to class and it won't stop snowing.

Time to bundle up and try not to fall and break my leg on ice while walking across campus to class...nevermind the fact that it is also about 10 degrees outside and I can't feel my face, hands, or toes.

6. I'm exhausted

We definitely had a break and plenty of time to get some rest, but for some reason, it never seems to feel like it when classes start up again after Christmas.

7. I am definitely going back to the gym this week.

Right...like you have the time to take 12-18 credits worth of classes, possibly work, do homework, study, and go to the gym consistently all at the same time. We always say we will make time, but 9 times out of 10, we don't.

8. Suddenly you are envious of the high school kids with their two-hour delays and school cancellations...

And if your class does get canceled, you will probably find out after you dig yourself out and fight your way there through a snow storm to find a note hanging on the door.

9. Reminding yourself you have to actually study and do homework again because...

10. Finally adjusting to the new semester.

As stressful as the spring semester can be, you will eventually adjust and accept that it is here. It may take a few weeks to get into it, but you will realize that you will be fine and you can do this!

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. So while we approach the greatest time of the year, let's watch the 15 best Christmas movies of all time.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
