It's so easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget what is truly important. I know I personally do that all the time. I'm human, I forget about the small stuff because I'm so caught up in the drama and stress of everyday life. It's important not to get caught up in all the noise of everyday life. There are so many things we forget about doing but shouldn't. Sometimes, we might not even realize how important certain things we can do are and how those actions could positively influence another individuals day. There are some things we should just do more of because they are just good to do. They aren't difficult to do either, they don't require much thought or hard work at all. They are so simple that we shouldn't even think about doing them, some should just come natural and the ones that don't we should try to make them habits.

2. Learn To Laugh at Yourself
3. Make Eye Contact with other people
4. Go Outside
5. Spend time off your phone
6. Tell your loved ones you love them
7. Give yourself a compliment
8. Get out of your comfort zone
9. Be in the moment
10. Take more meaningful pictures
The things we should do more of usually just include us being more in touch with the world around us and less concerned with what's going on in our own little bubble. These things don't include staying in all day because we are feeling lazy and constantly being glued to our phones. There are so many things we don't even realize are important to do more often.
