1. Every time you pass by a cute baby in a stroller your heart melts.
You begin making faces at him or her to make them laugh. You talk to the baby and if the mother seems friendly you’ll comment on the cuteness of her baby.
2. In church, you are usually the first person to rush to the nursery after the service to hold and play with one of the babies.
You then proceed to carry said baby around during coffee hour until the baby’s family has to leave.
3. You know how many children you want to have once you are married.
You have planned out how many babies you want, in the time frame you want to have them in.
4. You can't wait to be a mother.
You can’t wait to be pregnant and begin taking care of a new tiny human once he or she enters the world. You are also secretly hoping for at least one set of twins.
5. You have a list of baby names picked out.
You’ve had this list for a while so it probably exceeds 15 names.
6. You love making babies laugh.
When you can make a baby happy, your day has been made.
7. You love baby-sitting.
When a family calls you to come over and babysit, you are very happy since you get to play with little ones. You love reading stories to them and putting them down for a nap while singing them to sleep.
8. Everyone who knows you, knows you can't resist babies.
Whether at church or at a family reunion, everyone knows that you are always the person who will be loving the babies in the room. Mothers love when you walk in since it gives them a break to relax for a bit.
9. You are not afraid of changing diapers.
You know you are making the baby feel better once he or she has a clean diaper on. That makes you happy.
10. You know that parenting is challenging at times, but you still can’t wait to have a family.
Even though it can sometimes be a challenge to be a parent, you know it will be well worth it and you can’t wait to teach your children to grow up and be strong people. You can’t wait for them to learn from you and your spouse and for you both to learn from them. You can’t wait to love them incredibly.
