The Alpharetta community has a running tradition of having an exciting theme for every month. Marking the start of May, I will be answering 10 questions that my closest friends are most curious about me for this week!

1. What's your favorite TV show?

Currently, my favorite TV show would be "How I Met Your Mother." Ever since my friend recommended me this show, I became extremely addicted to the plot. I'm currently on season nine and I might just rewatch the entire show once I finish.

2. What's your favorite physical feature?

My favorite physical feature would be the eyes. I just love how you can stare into someone's eyes and get lost in them. I think eyes are the most enchanting physical feature of all. Eyes can convey emotion in many unique ways, such as tears in the corners of the eyes.

3. When was your most daring moment?

My most daring moment was when I confessed to one of my crushes. Of course, we had a completely platonic relationship, so it was understandable. That moment was the time I found myself completely trembling.

4. What career do you want in the future?

I'm leaning towards finance in the future.

5. If you could describe yourself in one word, what would you say?

Shy.

6. Who's your favorite celebrity?

My favorite celebrity right now would be the K-pop group BTS.

7. What is the most common thing people say to you?

The most common thing people say to me is, "You're so quiet."

8. If you could change your name to something else, what would it be?

I would change it to Juliet. It's really a beautiful name. Plus, I don't know anyone who has the name Juliet in my school.

9. What is your greatest fear?

My greatest fear is being completely covered by spiders. I dread them.

10. What's the dumbest way you've injured yourself?

The dumbest way I have injured myself would most likely be when I was running to the playground, I completely forgot about a small border around the wood chip covered playground. I ran straight ahead until I tripped and sprained my arm. It was the most painful and longest injury I have ever had in my life.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
