Is someone you know feeling down or just out of the norm? Here are 10 things you can do to cheer them up!

1. Take the time to ask how they are doing

It doesn't take much to ask how someone may be feeling about something, plus you may learn a bit more about that person!


2. Send some people "Thank You" notes


3. Offer to buy them a cup of coffee


4. Cook their favorite meal


5. Sit and have a meaningful conversation with them


6. Pay for the person behind you in line

If you have the resources, make a small gesture to pay for the person behind you in line, whether it's for coffee, ice cream, or something, no matter how small!


7. Offer some encouragement in tough times


8. Take your appreciation to Social Media; give a shout out to a friend who deserves it


9. Share a smile with someone; anyways, it's proven that smiles are contagious!


10. Hold the door open for someone

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever.
