For all of us, normal humans, exercise should be a very important addition to our schedule. From just sweating to a lifestyle, it has many benefits we all should know about. The day will come when once and for all we stop sitting in front of the computer thinking that Netflix is a kind of exercise; because it is not. So let's go to the park, gym or swimming pool and let exercise change your life, like it did to me.
1. It is better than coffee
Exercise gives you energy. Sometimes with laziness comes more laziness. It means that at the beginning things are gonna be hard, but it would last a short time. Get up and move your body, great things will come.
2. It helps me to set goals.
Part of your exercise routine is setting goals you want to reach depending on what you want. Maybe 10 push ups today, maybe 20 one week later. Exercise requires you to set goals, to work for them and to accomplish something new every few days.
3. It teaches me to know my body.
Exercise leads you to know your own body and how it reacts to certain exercises. You start noticing your strengths and weaknesses. Also, you realize how beautiful your own body is.
4. It gets me in a good mood.
Just like sex, this feeling has a scientific explanation. In my opinion, I'm a warm hearted, calm and relaxed person because the amount of exercise I do takes away from me all desire to fight over nonsense.
5. I can stop starving.
Exercise allows you to stop dieting and instead give your body what it really needs. when your exercising you can not afford running out of energy. We need to eat.
6. It controls the party animal in me.
First, when you exercise you don’t have the energy or the time to waste a day being hungover; and second, you didn’t spend all that time at the gym to throw it in the garbage with unhealthy eating and drinking. No, no no. I sweated for a reason.
7. I get a booty.
A big part of exercising is to get fit, well that means a big booty and strong legs. Let's face it, it's summer time and we all want a great body, so let's go, there is still time to work for it.
8. I get mentally stronger.
When you exercise you know you have to work hard to obtain result, that same mentality begins to shift in other aspects of your life. Exercising hurts and it's not going to stop hurting unless you quit. Quitting is not an option.
9. I sleep better.
When you exercise, you actually spend the time in bed sleeping deeply, like a baby. The next morning feels like a new chapter because those 8 hours you were in heaven.
10. Finally, you have more probabilities to survive a zombie apocalypse.
No really, think about it, you are strong and ready to test your body. Maybe it won't be a zombie apocalypse, but it maybe a dangerous situation when you'll need to run faster than the wind.
