1. "Too Young"

You're 16 years old. You can make decisions for yourself, and think on your own. Do not let anyone tell you what you can and can not do. You are the creator of your life, and the only real input that matters is your own. There is no shame in being confused and asking for help, but you're decisions are your's to make.

2. Love

You may be scared of the concept of love, what it is and what it can be. At some point, you may say that you don't believe in it, but that's just you fearing that it doesn't exist. Despite making fun of 16 year olds that have been dating for two weeks stating that they're in love, you are allowed to feel in love. You feel the way you feel.

3. Walls

You are allowed to have walls. You are allowed to have barriers. You don't have to say anything you don't want to. Letting your guard down is a tricky thing, so make sure that when you do you're ready.

4. Pressure

Never feel like you have to do anything that you don't want to. If you don’t want to eat a cookie that someone puts in your hands, don’t eat it. You make decisions for yourself and shouldn't ever feel bad for saying no.

5. Your Gut

Your gut feeling is your gut feeling. Call it like you feel it. Theres a difference between doing what you want to do, and doing what you WISH you wanted to do. If you can feel that something isn't right for you don't force yourself into it. Instinct almost never fails us.

6. Others

Never find yourself at fault when it comes to other peoples actions. You may have been there when something happened, but it’s not always your job to prevent it. You aren’t allowed to blame yourself for things you didn’t do and things you can't control.

7. Expectations

Things aren’t always going to turn out the way you plan, but that shouldn’t prevent you from getting your hopes up. Keep your expectations high even though it may not work out. There will always be another party, boy, concert, class, you name it. So let yourself be excited and get psyched even though it might not work out. Stay positive.

8. "Love Yourself First"

Never believe the saying “You have to love yourself before you can let anyone else love you." That's bullshit. You are allowed to let someone love you despite your insecurities. You don’t have to believe you are beautiful, to have some else call you that.

9. You're You

Don't you dare give up one second of your time to someone who doesn’t accept you for who you are. Do not change yourself to better someone else. You are you, not whomever someone else wants you to be.

10. The Good

Look for the good in people. Find reasons to love them instead of reasons to resent them. You may fight with someone you love on the daily, and they may be hard to live with, but think about how much harder she would be to live without.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
