10 Things You Really Should Know.

10 Things Every Dog Owner Knows

Money can buy a lot of things but it doesn't wiggle it's butt every time you come in through the door.

Being a dog owner is one of the greatest things a person can be in my opinion, here are a few things that I believe every dog owner knows.

1. No matter how big or small they are they always want to be near you and most of the time, on you.

Chihuahua or Great Dane, they're gonna be sitting on your lap as happy as a clam as their tail smacks you in the face.

2. There's nothing better than coming home.
it doesn't matter how your day went, as soon as you get home you are greeted with all the pure love and excitement in the world. There's no one happier to see you at the end of a long day like your dog.

3. Two is better than one.
Or three or four... the more the merrier, there's really no such thing as too many dogs.

4. Your car windows, glass doors, and stainless steel fridge will ALWAYS be covered with nose prints and slobber marks.

5. There is fur EVERYWHERE.
There's a reason we call them our fur babies and they're absolutely adorable because of it, but good luck wearing any sort of black clothing around them.

6. No matter how big they get they still remember you picking them up and cuddling them.
They know that they're still your baby and aren't gonna let you forget that

7. When someone tells you they're a cat person and you have to abruptly terminate an otherwise healthy relationship.

It's not you... it your cat.

8. Even though all dogs are adorable, there’s just something a little cuter about my dogs.
It's nothing personal my dogs are just better than yours

9. You never eat alone when you're a dog owner.

No matter if your dogs on the other side of the house they know the exact moment you opened that bag of chips and will be right there by your side until it's gone.

10. You are your dogs world.
And they are yours.

When I was learning how to talk, I was taught both Portuguese and English at the same time. In elementary school, I started taking mandatory Spanish classes, which I did well in because of my knowledge of Portuguese. Then in high school, on top of taking Spanish, I also started taking French. Now, in college, already fluent in English and Portuguese, I'm in the process of becoming fluent in Spanish, and I have a standard high school level understanding of French.

I am without a doubt one of those people who refuses to start decorating for Christmas or listen to Christmas music until after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving has become an underrated holiday over the years. You barely see any Thanksgiving decorations in stores; it's like they skip right from Halloween to Christmas.

Some universities only get two or three days off for Thanksgiving break. Or, if your university is like mine, you get the whole week off go go home. A whole week off is a long time. I'm not complaining, because I'd rather have a whole week off than three days, but there is a lot of down time. Here are some ideas as to what you can do to get the most out of your Thanksgiving break.

For college students everywhere, Thanksgiving is a time to relax and not really worry about homework (well, depending on what major you're in).
