If you're like me, you love cheese A LOT. And why wouldn't you? Cheese is love. Cheese is life.

1. Cheese platters make any appetizer course better.

2. Cheese is the component to pizza that makes it so irresistible.

How could anyone resist that?

3. And pizza is one of the best foods on the planet.

It's just a fact.

4. So is mac and cheese, which obviously contains a lot of cheese, and is so much better for it.

Mac and cheese > regular pasta.

5. Spray cheese is absolutely unacceptable.

Just why?

6. The fact that raclette exists makes the world so much better.

I think I died and went to heaven.

7. Melted cheese makes the world go 'round.

9. Cheese just makes everything tastier.

Well, it makes most things tastier. Even the next bachelor agrees.

10. The answer to waiters when they ask if you want your food with cheese is always "yes."

And you shouldn't and will not ever apologize for your love of this fantastic food.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
