When I was younger, everyone told me to enjoy "it" while it lasts because before I know it, "it" will be over. With the "it" being college, I could not understand how I could ever possibly miss going to school. Of course, at the time, I was a freshman in high school, so I still had eight years to go. However, here I am entering my junior year, trying to figure out how I've already completed half of my college career.
Every single year, time goes by faster and faster, and while I'm excited to graduate and move onto my life in the real world, I want to make sure I'm making the most out of the time I still have as a college student with, really, limited things holding me back. There are so many things I still want to do with my two years I have left in my life of being a student, so I told myself I'm going to make it a priority to accomplish these things in the next two years.
1. Travel to every state in the U.S.
2. Take a spontaneous road trip with my best friends.
3. Travel to Europe.
4. Go to Disney World.
5. Learn how to snowboard.
6. Hike a mountain.
7. Go skydiving.
8. Party in Vegas.
9. Visit the Bahamas.
10. Go to a music festival.
While I hope to do everything on this list, even if I only complete a select number of things, it will still be new, amazing experiences that I will have with me forever. I'm excited to look back after I graduate college and see how many things I actually did. You should give it a shot and make your own list — it's crazy to think how many things we still want to do with the little time left we have in college. Let's make it happen.
