After a long football season, one of America's most beloved holidays is finally this weekend: Super Bowl LI. It’s a fantastic excuse for both football aficionados and non-football fans to gather around, drink an obscene amount of beer and consumer countless cheeseburger sliders. If there was anything ever to complain about this momentous annual occasion, it would be that it occurs smack-dab in the middle between new years resolutions and spring break body solutions. In fact, the average American will consume over 6,000 calories on Super Bowl Sunday. Yikes. If you weren't worried before, you definitely are now.
