Despite what school you go to, where you're from, or who you are, all, incoming freshmen share a common fear: the dreaded Freshman 15. Let me just tell you now, it is much easier said than done. Maybe you won't gain fifteen pounds (because that's a little much), but there are so many temptations at college that make avoiding weight gain basically impossible. It starts off like this...
1. You first arrive at college and see all the late-night food places on campus.
2. You vow that you won't give in because you're "stronger than that"
3. You experience your first night out at college
4. But then your friends suggest to get food after because there's "nothing better to do"
5. But then you decide that one night won't do anything to you, and you're young and having fun
6. You don't really see any weight gain, so you decide to stop watching what you eat
7. But then it all starts to hit you...
8. You couldn't beat the Freshman 15, so you decide to go on a diet for the rest of the semester (or the rest of college, for that matter)
9. Every day, you have the same reoccurring thoughts when you have to avoid the carbs
10. Working out becomes painful
11. Finally, you've lost all the unwanted weight, and you can indulge in moderation.
