Paddles are an important part of sorority life. When a member becomes a mentor to a new member, they are given a paddle to represent their 'Big/Little' relationship. Paddles can also be given between members to mark special occasions; birthday, graduation, etc. Over the years paddles have become unique and creative expressions of sisterhood, encompassing a range of themes and designs. The advent of Pinterest gave us one place to find all of these paddles and be inspired.

Going to the gym and working out on a daily basis (with breaks once in awhile) has been a great way for me to feel good about myself. It is 100% more than just looking good.
