Summer is finally upon us! It's time to hit the beach, take a road trip, go swimming with friends, or maybe relax at home with a good book. Whatever your summer plans are, you're bound to have some music playing in the background of your adventures. Here are some of my favorite songs for the perfect summer time playlist.

1. "Swimming Pool Blues" by Miniature Tigers

This song is the perfect summer time anthem for wherever you are!

2. "Ukiyo" by Hermitage

Super cool mood music!

3. "WHERE THE HELL ARE MY FRIENDS" by LANY

This one is great for driving in the car or just dancing around with friends.

4. "She Moves In Her Own Way" by The Kooks

Fun and easy-going, this song, or any other one by The Kooks, is sure to be a great addition to your playlist.

5. "Fall Apart" by Brothertiger

Another great song for whatever you're up to on a warm summer day or night.

6. "Avocado, Baby" by Los Campesinos!

This upbeat song is a sure hit!

7. "Where the Sky Hangs" by Passion Pit

Passion Pit really knows how to create the perfect summer mood with their music.

This song perfectly captures the fleeting feeling of a summer's day, and so does the music video.
