Pepe meme aside, SAD is a real mental health issue. For those of you who don't know, SAD is short for Seasonal Affective Disorder. It affects a lot of people, young and old, and it mostly hits during the fall and winter months. Think symptoms of depression, magnified tenfold by cold days and less sunlight. These 10 songs put me in a much better mood when I'm feeling especially down, and I hope they can do the same for you!
