1. Friday Nights are spent watching your varsity football team

Everyone knows sports are taken seriously in Springboro. We especially love our football. Friday nights are the biggest social gathering of the week for the whole town. You better be decked out in royal blue and white on a Friday if you're in Springboro. We are a deeply rooted community who supports our team during good or bad seasons. Go Panthers!

2. The K&W

Its not spring until the K finally opens back up. They have the best ice-cream and the best food. You will always end up running into someone and striking up a friendly convo. Going to the K after school in Jr High was a right of passage for us Springboroans. The K is with out a doubt one of the best little gems Springboro has to offer.

3. Christmas in Historic Springboro

Other than sports this is THE BIGGEST DEAL. Christmas in Springboro is actually held before thanksgiving. You run into everyone you could possibly think of and the whole day is full of good conversation and lots of hugs. Not to mention the amazing food. Bourbon chicken, chicken noodle soup, gyros, and so much more. You know you're going to leave having spent too much money on food but knowing it was all worth it.

4. Roosters

Who doesn't love freaking awesome wings?

5. Bdubs

We honestly just really love our sports bars and chicken.

6. Kleather's Pumpkin Patch

It's not fall until you walk around Kleather's with a hot cup of apple cider picking out pumpkins! So many of us have annual pictures growing up next to the Kleather's giant ruler and the pumpkin carriage!

7. IGA

RIP IGA. It was a sad day to see the IGA go. The IGA opened in Springboro in 1958. A small little grocery store full of lots of love and great food. You never failed to see a smiling face when you stopped in for a visit.

8.Sledding at the Null House

The giant hill by the Null house in Heatherwoode always made for fun filled winter.

9.Springboro Haunted Hayride and Black Bog

Waiting two hours in line a few times in the fall was always worth it to get to go through the terrifying black bog. Its even more fun when you know all of the scarers!

10. Once a Panther always a Panther.

No matter how much you wanted to get out of Springboro and move away this place will always hold a special place in your heart. Nothing will compare to our picturesque main street, our close-knit community, and our love for sports. This little town has a lot of love. I'm currently writing this article snuggled up in an old Springboro football division two playoffs sweatshirt. It's been a while since we've been a D2 school. It's truly amazing how this town has grown from a little farm town into the booming suburb it is today.

No matter where you are or how long ago you lived here, at heart, you're always a panther. Once a panther, always a panther.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
