Ahh, zodiac signs. Are they accurate? Are they just vague enough to be relatable? I can’t say if I believe in them for sure, but what I can say is that according to the zodiac calendar, the majority of what I’ve read about Libras is frighteningly precise. After doing some research and observing my own personal habits and qualities, I’ve put together this list touching on just a few typical Libra traits. If you share this zodiac sign then take a look at this list and determine how well it lines up with your personality.

  • 1) You’re the diplomat of the group, due to your balanced mind and fair nature and often serve as a mediator.
  • 2) You hate (and I mean HATE) confrontation.
  • 3) You can sometimes (all the time) be indecisive, typically because of your tendency to see both sides of an argument or problem.
  • 4) Being surrounded by drama is not something you particularly like.
  • 5) You’re not an emotional person by any means and feelings ARE NOT your forte.
  • 6) You’re not necessarily “high-maintenance” but you do like to look put together and indulge in the occasional luxury purchase.
  • 7) Conflict makes you nervous whether you’re involved or not.
  • 8) You don’t get mad easily but when you do, you are a huge grudge holder.
  • 9) People often comment on your quick wit and charming humor.
  • 10) Justice and doing what is right are very important to you.Gr

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
