Let’s get one thing straight. My best friend is still my best friend. She has a boyfriend and she loves her boyfriend. But she still loves me. In fact, she loves me a little more and her boyfriend knows it. AND HE IS OKAY WITH IT. I see no reason for best friends to dump their girl best friends just for their boyfriends. Why can’t you have both? Honestly you can. Here are 10 signs that my best friend is actually still my best friend.

We tag each other in memes

Same.

She favorites all my tweets

I'm not even that funny or clever, but she always favorites them.

We fill up each other’s Instagram’s

Count them up, 7 of me, 2 of boyfriend. Just sayin'

We love the same music

Handing over the aux cord is never a problem.

She takes me to concerts

She cried when Beyonce came on stage.

We go on dinner dates together

We even have fake names we use for each other. Right, Jessica?

She snaps me everyday

Streaks are really important, okay?

We talk on the phone for hours, often

Normally it's gossip but that's okay.

She does weird things with me that she won’t do with her boyfriend

Honestly I don't know what she is doing half the time.

We tell each other we love each other before we hang up the phone

Because we do love each other.

I just don't see why girls have to dump their best friends when they have a boyfriend. It is possible to have a best friend and a boyfriend. They are both important, but you can always love them both. Love you chica!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
